We will process your order directly after placement, and hand it over to USPS afterwards. Delivery days are from Monday to Friday, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with the link to your USPS tracking information.

Free shipping for orders above $150

For orders placed above $150 all first delivery attempts are free of charge. Orders below $150 have delivery costs of $10 per order.


Soleil Toile is dedicated to providing an enjoyable shopping experience, and therefore offers an easy return policy. You may return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that returned items are unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way. Items must be in their original condition with the tags attached. 

Please note…

We do not cover return shipping charges.  We recommend sending your package via an insured and traceable method, as we can not be responsible for lost returns. In the rare instance that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, Soleil Toile will then cover all shipping cost.

Items purchased in-store should be returned to the store of purchase and are subject to the in-store purchase policy. It is currently not possible to process these purchases from our central warehouse.

A Few Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bra inserts, nipple covers, or adhesive products.
We do not accept packaged hosiery items that have been opened.
Any item with a price that ends in $.99 is a FINAL SALE ITEM, meaning no refund or exchange will be accepted.


Please follow these instructions when returning items:

  1. On the packing slip circle the item you are returning.
  2. Place your unworn merchandise with original tags attached, along with the packing slip, in the Soleil Toile packaging.

  1. You should expect to receive your refund within a week of us receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. 
  2. If at the time of purchase you received a discount on the full order, this will be taken into account and the actual amount paid will be refunded.
  3. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. 
  4. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to exchange or repair items.
